  Good location, easy walking distance to city center, and very convienent for ferry service to Venice (only about a 10 minute walk). Air conditioned which is a must in the summer. Overall not bad.... Also good convienent parking and bar down stairs - Good location. Easy to get to Venezia ferry. Good air conditioning. A little dated.
