We loved everything about this hotel and the region in general. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully appointed; the views are stunning; Breakfasts are delicious and served on a terrace overlooking the Adriatic. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rovinj.

Located in the historical centre of town in a lively small street, we did not get disturbed during the night, but had to close the well insulating window. As consequence not accessable by car.Aircondinging.
Had exellent welcome by the personell, which found a solution also to store our bikes.
We would recommend if you would like to stay in Rovinj historical centre.

We loved the setting. A small castle like building on the top of a hill with a small settlement surrounding it. Awesome! We had a nice room, it was a little dark, but not a problem, open the doors and windows. The settlement of Groznjan was fun to be in and walk around. Not a long drive to the Sea and other surrounding villages. Highly recommended to go off the beaten track and stay here.

Owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The welcomed us with a nice glass of wine and sent us off with a nice gift as well. The apartment had a fantastic view of the ocean and the breeze sitting on the terrace was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent and there are many nice restaurants in Rovinj. The beach was a 5 min walk and it is not overly crowded (we visited in mid July).
