  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   Everything. The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside. The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking. The hotel has free access to a pool and a jacuzzi inside a greenhouse, so it's warm and comfortable even when the weather outside... what people say » is not. There is also a wellness center with sauna and hammam. The restaurant is not exceptional, but good. The hotel is a small structure, very quie - The staff were friendly and helpful, and made my entire family (including my children, ages 6 and 4) feel welcome. We stayed in a two- bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was diverse, and the kitchen was more than happy to prepare scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage upon request. For those with a car, the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as well as parts of Slovenia.

  This is a very modern, clean apartment. We arrived quite late, but the owner still helped set us up. Our two-bedroom apartment has a somewhat unique layout on two levels. There are two bathrooms. The upper level has the two bedrooms and one bathroom. However, the bathroom is ensuite in the little bedroom, which has direct entrance from the street... what people say » . The living room, small kitchen and the second bathroom are on the lower level and has entrance from a small lovely courtyard. We did not have time - Very clean, modern and well-kept apartment, with friendly hosts, who shall welcome you with a fresh fish dinner. Brsec village is a tiny, cozy village. The car is a must; once you have it Brsec is a good starting point to explore the coast, islands and interior of Istria.

This hotel has our highest possible recommendation. - To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

The owner sent us an e-mail to explain how to come by car, very useful otherwise might be hard to find. Very quiet environment. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!
