We stayed here two nights. Right from the first moment we got a very warm welcome by the Teklić family. They are great people and we had a lovely stay at their house.

Even before our arrival, we got a valuable help from the owner. My wife
had to get a visa to Croatian and the owner sent us the required
document in a short period of time. The location is perfect! You have to
walk only 5-10 minutes and you are in the heart of Pule. The apartment
is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It has a kitchennette, washing mashine and very comfy bed.

We're a young couple and we had a memorable stay. It's a cute and well maintained hotel, located in a small village. Although it is a trek to reach with public transport, it worked out well since the family members were around and happy to pick up and drop off at Porec or Labin at a small cost for the petrol. You can simply unwind and relax here.

The location is very nice. We had a big room with view in the garden. The owners wellcome us very friendly and gave us good information were to go and were to eat. You can get breakfast in the old kitchen if you ask for.
The old palacio is located near the small village of Sv. Martin (Martinski) nordwest of Labin. The location is very quiet.
From here it is about 1/2 hour drive to the coast or to Labin with his old historic town center.
We will come back here, when we go to Istria again.
