Evanna the owner of villa gravic could not be more helpful when 17 of us landed at her door when she was expecting 10. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and gave us great advice on local amenities. Half of our group were flying to Ireland at 6.45 am with the rest flying to the uk later that day. The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really

The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place - Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The apartment was just as nice and clean as described. You can have a private parking place behind the house. The staff is really nice. Anything you could ask was no problem for them. I strongly recommend it for you if you like to go around the city all day and in the evening the only things you need are a clean and comfy bed and a shower. -

Accommodation was as we expected it to be from description and reviews. Perfectly fit for purpose. No problems about checking in early. Plenty of off street parking. Helpful owner. As previous reviewers have said, the walk into town was a very pleasant 20 minute stroll. Lots of restaurants on the same street as the apartments within 10 minutes walk. About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.
