the rooms are clean and beautifuly designed. We had a great view on Korcula and the opposite coast. The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The personnel was friedly. Parking was free. We also loved the breakfast, which was also free. We asked for extras and it was no problem. All in all a very relaxed and nicely decorated place.

The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

The owner of the house made our stay!! First when we arrived he offered us couple of glasses of schnapps he produces. Then he was always available for helping us organizing the rest of our trip and giving us some tips. Finally before we left he prepared us couple of coffees to "feel" better.

The views from the 2 balconies are spectacular! As other reviews have noted, there are a lot of stairs, but that is pretty normal in Dubrovnik. Short walk to the old city, and beaches, and easy access to the harbour and islands.

Our hosts Tony and Antonella could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We had trouble finding them - through no fault of theirs - but they guided us in over the phone and Antonella even stood by the road so we could see the villa. They greeted us with very welcome refreshing drinks. Both of them speak excellent English and gave us good instructions on how to get to the Old City for dinner. The villa itself was clean, tidy and pleasant. I would heartily recommend them

Excellent value for money. Compared to other options in Dubrovnik it is fairly priced.
Clean facilities, LCD TV with channels in many languages, great seaview (almost 180 degree), VERY helpful and kind landlady, who even gave for all of us a free beer.
The absolutely beautiful Bellevue beach is just a five-minute walk. (From Vojnovica street just go down on Liechtensteinov put and go forward Kotorska ulica next to the hotel, and you will find the steps heading to the beach).

Our apartment was very nice and spacious, with two balconies, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Gorgeous view to the wall and the salt works. Only 5–10 mins walk to Ston town where there is a grocery store, a bakery etc. Friendly hosts. We could park our car at the property as long as there was room. -
