Every aspect of what a good hotel should be. The hotel was situated in a beautiful place .The staff were always polite and friendly .There was a good choice of food in the resturant and the chef even went out of his way to cook my daughter and myself something that was not on the menu .We will certainly be returning again. The sea shore, nice facilities such as the pool and the gym.

Food is very good and big possibility of choice. The staff were very friendly. excellent view. Indoor pool.We loved the casino and night club, but, the music selection should be more varied. The 2 restaurants were very nice but some of the food were leftovers from the meal or day before. Massage was great too but would love a jacuzzi. The view from the room was an excellent one (nevertheless, that was notbased on extra payment). The breakfasts and the dinners were marvellous.The swimming pool itself is quite good, we loved the see water. I only recommend this hotel because there is no other choice in Pula!. our room, we wanted another room. Is very old and the bathroom need a change... Beach, hotel staff, price for the children to high. Not particularly luxurious. I didnt like so many things that it would be too much to writte them all..But the hotel looks like it is stuck in the time of comunism. The furniture is old and demaged, the bathroom is a mess, shower is not working, everything in it is semiworking, or broken, or old, the balcony walls are old and demaged from the time and moisture, the paving has different colour, windows are also old and broken.The atmosphere of a "eastern Las Vegas casino". The restaurant staff were extremely rude and a band played loud music outside our room until 11.00 PM. Official 3 star hotel. very high price - we were two adults with two children and we paid 290 EUR per night, bed and breakfast, which I consider too high for the service we got. It seemed to me that the staff did not care much about the customers satisfaction as they had the hotel full anyway... The hotel is right close to two star tourist settlement and the facilities around correspond to that...
