I did a mistake during my booking but the staff at the reception was really flexible to correct all my mistakes and finally we could have a few enjoyable days in the hotel. My 3yrs old son had a lot of fun he enjoyed the children's pool and the programs as well. The staff is kind and helpful speaking English, Russian, German, Croatian, and some other languages. The hotel itself is situated in a nice and calm place it is a good place to relax.
