  The staff and owner were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and we were able to cook breakfast and a simple meal while we were there. The location of the apartment was not far from the beach area, and very convenient. - Simp... what people say » ly...heaven! Great location, great HUGE villa...everything we needed. Close to beach, a few restaurants, supermarket and bakery. You do need a car to explore further. Staff (Maja and Marijo) were excellent. Maja always helpful with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. For the first time...we did not want to go home.

  We have nothing negative to say about the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the apartments was nice and clean, it was close to the sea and it was easy to travel to Split by the local bus that stops just outside of the hotel. Everything about our trip felt top notch, and the Residence hotel played a big part of it! - We stayed overni... what people say » ght in a very nice suite furnished with design furniture, facing sea. The Residence is adjacent to the 5* LAV hotel.The staff is very friendly and professional so we felt very welcome. Breakfast is served in room.
