Quite place, friendly staff, good food, near park. Kitchen to kook a small meal or breakfast. Tip: Please put a kettle and Microwave oven.

Seprate douvets on double bed. Douvet to short for me (I am 186cm and we there when it was a bit cold).

On hindsight, would advise friends to find accommodation closer to entrances 1 & 2 of Plitvica Lakes NP, which will save a lot of driving and parking fees

The staff was wonderful Close to park entran 2, the best location to visit the parc. We saied 2 days and waked the routs H and F. Both are highly recommended. The. staff was wonderful and above all Ivana. The dinner in the yard next to the fire is a nice atmosphere and the food was tasty

We loved the beautiful apartments and grounds, and best of all the location was as close as you can be to one of the entry points to the lakes. We walked to the lakes on both days with no need to move our car or take public transportation. They also cooked us a lovely meal with their resident restaurant.

Very comfortable clean apartment with good views of countryside. Very friendly owner (and son who did everything for us). Pity we did not have their meals as we were self-catering - the spit looked good and we heard the food was excellent. Easy access to Plitvice Lakes.

Limited cooking facilities for self-catering. Difficult to find. 16km to nearest ATM and only cash accepted.

Lovely apartments - very comfortable. Staff wonderful - so helpful and friendly. Meals available in the evening - served in covered outdoor area - really relaxing and good value. Excellent location for national park - very close to quiet P3 entrance so no queueing. Location easily found using co-ordinates from letsbookhotel.com confirmation entered into Garmin gps - otherwise it would not be easy to find - wouldn't like to find it in the dark without the GPS. Stock up any food you want in the excellent mini-market before turning off the main road (about 6km from the apartments) - you won't want to have to go shopping once you arrive.

Kitchen equipment very basic - 2 rings, no oven or microwave. Utensils minimal too. If you want filter coffee bring your own equipment! Otherwise was just wonderful.

The staff was amazing and made us feel right at home. The dinner was a very nice piece to the end of a long day! We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Thank you!

Though there are many positives here are the few negatives: Microwave/coffee maker would be a nice addition. Apartment was a little cold and heat would have been nice.

The accommodation was in the ideal position for visiting the Plitvice National Park. The apartments were excellent and clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help.

Our apartment was wonderful, perfect for four people. Spacious, clean and comfortable. In a quiet location a very short walk from entrance to lakes. The family running Etno Garden are great, all so helpful and friendly, really make you feel welcome. Definitely take advantage of dining there if possible, really reasonable price and amazing food. Wines are also nice.

Great location near entrance3. Very clean apartments with all facilities. Nice to stay for young couples. Food provided for dinner is excellent. Value for money Friendly and helpful staff with good communication.

Nothing big. No wifi facilities because of slower internet connection. I wouldn't blame them because the location is in middle of a jungle. They can't accept card payment because of no internet. Ready cash required when check out.

Interesting location adjacent to National Park. Very friendly staff. Outdoor dining was fun.

Lack of air conditioning was a problem as it was very hot. Poor bed as it didn't provide enough support for anyone with back problems. Need to improve directions to location - if we tried to find it in the dark we'd still be looking!

Big and very nicely equipped appartment in a separate house. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also liked dinner. Very good location for visiting Plitvice Lakes, you can access it by walking.

Breakfast choise could be bigger and breakfast could be served in nicer place.

We have taken a room for two adults and one child and we were very happy with the conditions, room was very clean, furniture was new, very friendly personnel, good food. The Plitvice lakes and surroundings are extraordinary.

Location is difficult to find, in order to get there you have to take a narrow road of 3-4 km through a forest (it is pretty short, but we took one or two wrong turns during the night). I would reccomend to plan the trip to Plitvice Selo so that arrival could be during the day. Anyway, location is so beatiful that it's worth the effort to get there.

Perfect location, walk to Park entrance. Lovely grounds, spacious new appartments. Friendly owner operator couple who also cook an outdoor meal for guests in the evening.

It would be good if they could take credit card for payment, even advance payment if needed. also could sell some basic essentials since there is no shop nearby

There was somethings wrong on gps to guide you to this hotel as gps always show the shortened route at first. Need to follow the direction given by hotel. Otherwise you may get lost.

Fantastic location next to the park gates and the boat across the lake. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful. Eating there is a must just for the ambiance of the open air cooking. Very reasonable prices for food and drink. Our chalet had all the facilities required for a long stay if required

Absolutely everything!The rooms are beautiful,spacious.Gardens are so well kept.Staff are amazing & we had so much fun with Josko & his wife,he cooked us an amazing dinner & shared some lovely Rukija(honey brandy) with us. For young & old as my mom and her friend loved it too.We're in our late 20's and 30's. Close to the prettiest & biggest waterfall. Stunning value for money and beauty!!!

This is a wonderful place. It's in the country within walking distance of entrance P3 to Plitvice Lakes (boat ferry entrance). The location alone is worth a lot since you don't have to go to P1 or P2 which can be busy. The staff are wonderful and the food is great. A nice quiet spot to stay and meet other travellers as well.

We loved everything, specially the staff who were there when we arrived. Kreso and Vlasta were the best, as well as cooking amazingly well they made us feel at home! The apartments are very cozy and comfortable. The locating is great in the matter it is very close to the park entrance, but it is far from the bus stop, so car is needed. We strongly recommend this place.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartments with balcony and peaceful surroundings. Excellent location to see the waterfalls and lakes. Flexible and friendly staff.

The meals offered were somewhat limited. Staircase to apartment narrow and not too easy to climb with luggage.

Apartments had no microwave, no kettle, no bottle opener, no can opener, no cork screw, bathroom smelled of sewage. Satellite TV didn't work but they fixed it after first day. Only cooking facilities were 2 gas rings and one of those didn't work so we eat out.
