One of the owners barged into our room unannounced one night without knocking. We had a few friends over before going out and were about to leave. The abruptness and rudeness of the owner's wife was just uncalled for and to just open the door without so much as a knock was really odd. Nothing like that has ever happened to any of us at any hotel or apartment anywhere.
