Lovely Villa in Dubrovnik. The building was new, furniture is new, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly, generous, hospitable and not to forget that they're always there for you. Really nice place, well stocked, looks great, nice view, lots of room, nice outdoor space included, close to town, beach, and a market for supplies. Kids loved playing in the yard!
Be warned: the place gives you lots of exercise! Plenty of stairs, but if the natives could do it then so could I. About 150 steps down to the lower road and about 85 to the upper. In suite laundry was great as, was the wifi.

We loved the balcony. It was an amazing view and we spent our most of the time sitting there.
As we reached the bus station and called the owners. He was there in 15 mins to pick us up. Also, he dropped us back to the ferry stop on our way to Hvar.
Apartment was clean, kitchen was fully equipped and location was excellent - gave us a feeling of near the city.

we were prepared for high stairs in the building, so it was not surprise to us. All other we just like, great location, attractive design, good breakfast. it was much better then what we expected from hotel in Dubrovnik, it is great combination of price and received service. -

The best thing about Apartment Krmek is the view from patio.
The owner, who is living in the same building in upstairs' apartment, is very friendly and helpful. He offered to give pick us up from bus stop and also gave us a drive to bus station when leaving.

Spacious apartment with a large terrace with view on the sea.
Skreco is very pleasant, a perfect host. He offered us a beer on arrival on his terrace and gave lot of advice for our visit.
He guided us for come and leave home (he requested the airport shuttle to stop in front of his home !! he also booked and guided our taxis ), he offered his help and Croatian translation by phone if we needed help !

For me there is nothing to complain. I had really nice stay there. The location is very strategic as it is close the Dubrovnik tourist attraction, i.e. fortified old town. From the price aspect, it was just fit with my budget.
Anita, the owner of the house, is very nice. The breakfast also was just perfect; even my normal daily breakfast is not as complete as I had during my stay in the house.
All in all, I will stay there again if I have chance to come to Dubrovnik again, and it's very recomme

We loved this apartment. It was so nice to get into a quiet part of the old town, on such a pretty street. Everything we needed and the balcony was lovely. Piero was really helpful and gave us lots of good ideas about places to go to.

Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable.
