Perfect location next to the Pile Gate, the main entrance to the old town.
Edi was a great host, with excellent advise where to eat and drink in the city. We accidentally had lunch in one of his recommended restaurants before checking in, but we did go back there to try his favorite plate, which was superb.
He even recommended a nice restaurant in Mostar, when he learned we were going there next.
Small rooms, but all the things you need are there: fridge, airco, hair dryer, we even had a small . all reviews »
Excellent location just next to the oldtown. Edi, the owner of the place is very friendly and helpful. The seaview is not a joke, you can have it in certain rooms, our window was facing a small bay where kayaking tours started. It was quite noisy at night though, but the window was sound-proof. If you go down to this little bay and turn to the left, after circa 100meter walk you can find another small, sunny bay with a bar, hidden behind a stone gate. It's a cool place.

Superb position a stones throw from Dubrovnik old city gate, and very convenient for the university where I was attending a course. Edi was most helpful and cheerful. Had the weather not been unseasonably cold it would have been convenient for swimming, too? Great view from our room.
Edi was very friendly and spent plenty of time explaining where the best places to eat were. Helped us organise a day trip to Bosnia and saved us some money from what we were offered by the reps. Nice room with good view and great location.
Great location just outside city walls, sea-view, nearby harbour restaurant. Good facilities (fridge etc); lovely to breakfast "at home" with sea-view. Edi was very friendly and helpful. Would happily return.
We had a great time. Beautiful apartments with a view right onto the sea and the old town. Edi really went out of his way to make the stay special. We would definitley go back!!!.
great location,just outside the walls of the old city and just a few meters from the sea,got the appartment,very spacious and clean,Edi is great!helped us a lot in everything there.
The view out the window was absolutely stunning, and the central location was extremely useful when the Old City became overwhelming.
We stayed for a week, Edi was a marvelous host and the room and position were perfect.

Edi recommended some restaurants and bar, we tried the Orhan which lies at this small bay, great location but the food was not good at all.
The wifi at the hotel didn't work well all the time, we had to restart the rooter a couple of times.

Make sure that you book the sea view rooms as they are limited. We booked a sea view room but was informed on arrival that the room wasn't available for both our nights - we had to stay in another building (quite old room) for the one night and then moved over to the sea view room the next day.
Need new towels, the ones supplied looked very old and could not tell whether they had been laundried. No shampoo or proper bath soap.
Booked for 2 nights after requesting sea view room. Second night we had to move to a tiny room with no view and charged the same price .
