  Our host was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is clean and in a quiet area yet is only 50 metres from the Sea. Zadar is a lovely city and is only a few km away. - Amazing hosts! Never met people so open and responsive. The apartment is convenient and cosy, very close to the beach.

  The owners were lovely. The studio we stayed in was clean, wi-fi working perfectly, so was the air conditioning. Very plesant place to stay, with modern bathroom and furnishings and terrace.   Everything. Upon arrival, the villas were very nice and the location was superb. The staff greeted us with smiles. The sea was so clear you could see the bottom in 20 feet of water. Staying at Villa Nela included complimentary bicycles, sea kayaks and even a lift or 2 from the staff in the golf cart to nearby locations. The staff at Villa Nela was... what people say » the best. Our villa was comfortable, although we spent very little time there because there was so much to explore. - The location is excellent as the Villa is fronted by a swimming pool and the coast. There is no road to cross. The gardens are well maintained and there are plenty of seats and loungers beneath the pines. Cycles and sea kayaks are available free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a peaceful spot with a shady bar nearby on the water's edge. The sunsets are magnificent.   The place is awesome and Villa Batur has a strategic position. It is very close to the nice beach and the crystal blue water. The ATM, the supermarket, the ice cream shop and the post box are literally just round the corner and if you are fed up with cooking you can eat in a four-star restaurant next door. Despite all this it is a very quiet place... what people say » . In the house we were surrounded by beautiful original paintings and sense of art and luxury because the owner is a gallerist. We stayed in a blue a - Beautiful comfortable apartment the landlady was so so helpful and even brought us gifts. It's right beside the best supermarket in the village and because there's such good kitchen facilities in the apartment we cooked almost all our own meals. The beach right outside the apartment is lovely too. Only downside is its a 20 minute walk from the village so it was a bit of a trek getting to and from the nightlife etc. i highly recommend this villa batur though

  We arrived 6 hours earlier and the receptionist lady did let us check-in even that early for no extra charge ... Then we decided to extend our stay by one day. Again, without any problem, the staff extended our stay paying one extra day on the same rate. The villa was literally 10 meters (approx 30 ft) from the Adriatic sea. Fast wifi access on the - We went there in 13 of may, for one week. The season had just started, so not that much people. The hotel had a beautiful position next to the sea. The owner of the hotel, Sanja, was an amacing woman. She fixed everything we asked for. She also owned the restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. They had very nice food and very nice staf working at the restaurant. We had so much fun. I did not want to go home again and I will definitely go back there again. Soon I hope! Thank you! Annika

You will feel like at home in the house, its perfectly equipped, spacious and has a nice garden with sea view and the owner is ready to help you any time you need.   I absolutely loved my stay at pansion Pirat. It is located in a lovely village, just 1 min walking from spectacular beaches with crystal clear sea and pines growing all way along the water.
