Terrific little hotel - very clean, luxurious and very friendly and helpful staff. Non-smoking hotel but has a garden and bar for smokers. Wonderful breakfasts, good air conditioning. Very pretty and "upscale". Reasonably priced. Wonderful village. Nothing negative to say about it at all!! - Gabriel

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Baska Voda, staying at the Aparthotel Milenij. The brochure and website don't do the place justice. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and found it to be very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely kept. The bathroom was roomy and had a massage bath and power shower with plenty of hot water. We had two balconies - one for each bedroom and efficient air conditioning which was very necessary during the heatwave we enjoyed while we were there. Th - June

You can't beat this hotel in Hvar if you want to be in the middle of everything and have a fantastic view of the harbour and the promenade. It is right in centre of the beautiful town. Had a room at the front of the hotel, and yes it was a bit noisy at night, but as a young couple, we were out til late enough most nights anyway. There was no noise from ferries at night, just some of the nearby bars, and I enjoyed hearing all the chatter. Breakfast buffet on the terrace at the front of hotel - Ohad

The Horizint Baska Voda is an excellent Hotel 4**** by Eastern Europe standards,staff efficient if a little brusque,maybe due to the need to comminicate in English,Greman and Russian.Rooms are of good size try for room on 5th Floor facing sea stunning View. Make sure you get room with seperate Shower as the first room we were offered had a fixed shower screen over bath making access very difficult for even the most agile.Pool go and extensive "wellness centre" for those who need such t - Mark

Enjoyed the stay in a 4-person apartment with kitchen with my wife and 2 kids. Very nice food and plenty of it. Polite and forward-coming personel. Excellent choice for vacation with kids, as the houses with apartments are located in great pine-tree forest protected from the heat. Also, kids always find themselves company in other neighbouring kids, as this is a place of choice for many other young families and their vacation. - Iwona

Hotel Soline Ugly from the outside but very nice within. We found the 2 bedrooms we booked very spacious and both bathrooms more than adequate (2 showers and 1 bath in each!) Staff very friendly, helpful and speak good English Swimming pool very nice and relaxing Breakast buffet can be taken outside but not dinner which is a major fault. Only sampled breakfast consequently which was perfectly tasty and of sufficient variety. Relatively quiet hotel unsuitable for older teenagers or anyone l - Scott

I have spent a week in Hotel Marina in June 2009 with my girlfriend. She loves it very much so once a year we have travelled back here since 2003. The scene, the Biokovo mountains, the blue and cristal clear sea, the beaches are beautiful! If you want to relax, to enjoy the sea, to swim and to take sunbath, it is the best choice for you. The hotel has good location just behind the pebby beach. I would recommend you to occupy a room on the 4 or 5 floor, above the trees' level if you wished enjoy - Alan
