Great hotel...nice staff...good buffet breakfast...great access to the sea. I like the location of the hotel away for the noise very quiet. Facilities. Berakfast: it works fine, despite the huge number of people staying in the hotel. If you come to this hotel mainly to visit Yalta, it is not the best located hotel in the city as you need a car or a taxi to go downtown. If you just want to relax, especially with kids, then the place is OK.
all reviews » We had a business room - which was brand new - and very comfortable. Unfortunally these rooms are only on 7 floor. Swimming pool is great, tennis courts, restaurants, garden, football pitch - these things are brand new and are the best in Yalta. access to the sea very practical, many services available, beautiful view of the Gulf of Yalta, restaurants with good food, very large swimming pool. Clean rooms, friendly service, good breakfast. Excellent pool, perfect service at tennis courts. Surprisingly modern lobby area, interesting metro like tunnel and lift to beach. nothing. Public areas are good , services at restaurent is good. Our room was a little outdated, but comfortable with a great view. the beds are to small for I had trouble sleeping on the beds. 20 minute walk to the embankment of Yalta. Rooms are rather small, as well as the bathrooms. Room doors to the corridor are too light, so you may hear noisy neighbours. Prices are rather high and can only be justified if one wants to enjoy the swimming pool and other equipments etc. Staff is ukrainian - and quality of service most of the time is below the minimum standards. We had a problem with a lady in the entrance to the swimming pool - she shouted at us, and treated as thiefs, because we didn't have a funny paper card - which is a special ticket. I would sack this person immediately if I were responsible for staff. Price is overated - we paid over 200 euro / night. bathroom very small and not clean, too much noise for reconstruction work, horrific unfinished buildings in the vicinity of the hotel, prices are too high compared to the standard Ukrainians. Noise of renovation. Pokey Soviet style rooms, fair distance to the centre, rock beach with no towel service. In my room 527 was rather noisy, because the fun in food complex has being constantly ( during night too) worked. -decrepit furniture and equipment -broken bathroom equipment -broken safe -very crowded. Guest room is very bad , 4 nights not clean or change bed cover or clean bathroom , houskeeping services is very bad , shower at bathroom is very bad , room service is very bad and rude with dealing with guests.
