Great location tucked in to the hillside. Wonderful features. We arrived late and they set us up w food. But we did get the whole info on the grounds. Lots of good tours from the hotel. Everything. Facilities, staff, rooms, pool area and restaurant all fabulous. You really need a car. Otherwise you pay $10-20 each time you need to go out for dinner or to an excursion. Takes a while to get from San Jose- cost of driver was equal to cost of the room! But more convenient than taking a bus!.
