I liked the comfort of the hotel and perfect breakfasts in the morning. Reception stuff tried to be helpful, but they still can impove the serivce, I think. My room was nice and clean. the room was comfortable, facilities perfect. It worth money paid. Location is good for those travellers who plan to stay close to airport. the hotel is located in Baoan district, close to airport, but very far from the center of Shenzhen. Frankly speaking, this not the fault of the hotel, when I made my choice, I didn't pay attention to the location. So if you plan to exlore the center of the city, you'd better consider any other variant. Free WiFi was aufull, very slow.
