Very spacious, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to spread out and work and relax after long days visiting factories. And the laundry room with the washer/dryer was an unexpected plus! I would definately stay here again! The staff was very helpful. The staff was friendly and very helpful getting us around the area. The room was very comfortable with amazing views. We could spread our work out on the dining room table and relax in the living room with the TV. Also nice having a washer/dryer! I will always stay here while in Shenzhen.
all reviews » This hotel is a great value for your money. The apartments are all beautifully appointed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved this property and will definately stay at this hotel if we were to come back to Shenzhen or other Fraser properties when traveling to other locations. It is always my pleasure to stay at Fraser Place in Shekou as employees like Nicky Zhang & Echo Chen always seem to make my stay there perfect... and they always greet me with a smile!. As always... the proffesional Staff there was excellent! From Nicky, to Echo, to Dream, and many others that made this stay wonderful and a business trip that felt more like being home. the apartment was very spacious and the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were equally impressive. fully fitted kitchen and lounge with home theater completed the experience. Fraser has spacious and well equipped apartments that never fail to provide a comfortable stay. The staff is great, free high speed Wifi in each room, excellent overall. Space in the suite, view, gym facility was great, and location, which was close to a great square with a Starbucks and restaurants. Staff were outstanding, went out of their to help book golf for us at mission hills, and a car to get us there, greatly appreciated. Fantastic visit! I was upgraded to 3 room apartment with ocean views. Many English residents. Great service, spacious apartment, quiet, close to great restaurants, awesome spa. Nicky and team are great! Always have a great stay at Fraser in Shekou. Location and staff. Roms are Nice and roomy. Excellent reception staff and hose keeping. Rooms are very large, pool is beautiful. The staff are helpful and friendly. service is good. Staff. I have nothing negative to say. There wasn't a single fault we could find with this property. I wish I could have stayed longer this trip!. That I wasnt able to stay longer..... The beds were way too hard. The breakfast was not very good. Bed was rock hard. Nothing. Breakfast is ordinary. Need stronger wifi signal. You need to re-look on your winter policy in shutting down the air-conditional at night... and during the day as well??? Outside Temperature is not cold at all. hardware is not good enough. Hotel is a little shabby, rooms were ageing quite badly, grubby with items/furniture broken & stained. It is really a residence complex for ex-pats and their families, not a hotel one would choose for a break for business or leisure. We moved after the first night. The staff I have to say though were excellent in attending to our requests.
