  Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice. On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same. Very easy check in and out.   The best location in Shanghai - safe area, on subway line 2 and close to everything, including some of the best restaurants in Shanghai. I won't stay anywhere else in Shanghai now.

  The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting Shanghai. The metro station is just right beside the hotel. Staffs are polite and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The swimming pool is definitely one of the most fantastic pools I have ever seen. The overall experiences are fabulous! I will come back to this hotel again with no question.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... what people say » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
