customer service is with high proformance. staff are helpful and polite.

room facilities are a bit old. say washing machine made loud noise when operated, bathtub and toilet had water leakage problem.

Fantastic location, right next to a subway station and plenty of taxis, lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance, as was the French Concession. Room was perfect for a family with two children.

Breakfast wasn't great, but I didn't really expect it to be for the price and having read other reviews. Unfortunately there were renovations underway which meant no swimming pool - check this if it is important to you.

Good location close to subway and good selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast is better had elsewhere. It was ok but seemed pricey compared to what you could get at Starbucks across the street even.

The residence was under heavy refurbishing without any notice: no sport club, no swimming pool, no lobby...

Room furniture is lived off, cleaning service was not done every day, additional breakfast is CNY 200 rather than 50 as confirmed

It is close to the metro station

We very very disappointed when we arrived, what an old and dusty place. Sorry to tell this, but we expexted the same as Somerset Chengdu, where we stayed for 3 months! This is not worth the stars they tell us! Then you see on the tv station from Somerset , all the beuatiful location they have!We had 2 breakfast for free, but only my daughter used it, she wants to take a banana for later, it was not allowed, she have to give it back!

The room was very old and dirty. The room was not as the pictures at all. The breakfast was also poor. I will not remonmend this hotel. Only the pool was as the pictures
