  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

  Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc. ... what people say » Theconcierge service was very helpful getting taxis and explaining to thedriver where you were going. The location was also very central.
