  The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch.   Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need... what people say » . Ask for a room upgrade on a high floor. You might get lucky like I did. - As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

  It was about 50 metres to a large modern shopping centre, Takoo Hui Shopping Mall. Which had a wonderful food court, super market, etc. The Hotel served a top breakfast. Excellent rooms, and helpful staff. Would stay there on my next visit, and would recommend it to anyone.   As the category of rooms we booked were full, we were upgraded to a better category and as a result, probably we were better served and standard of rooms were better.   Location is great - just few minutes from Pazhou exhibition center and metro station. This time we've found small cafeteria at -1 floor so you can have breakfast there. Wi-fi speed is good enought. - very close to exhibition center good facilities and cheap snacks in room selection. There is a mini mart in the lower levels oppersite.
