The first night we stayed in a room that was extremely hot because there was no window and the A/C or fan did not work. The room would not cool off and it felt very stuffy. The next day when we mentioned it, the assistant manager, Maggie, very kindly changed our room. She was wonderful and very helpful;an excellent employee. Another employee who impressed us was Tracy. He was also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Both Maggie and Tracy spoke excellent English. The hotel is lucky to have them as.
