The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool. The food in their restaurants was expensive but very tasty - worth the money. -

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

Great for a family as there are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Sammy is fantastic happy to help and provide any information regarding the local area. he made checking in extremely easy as i arrived around 1am in the morning.
overall good value for money and this is in a relatively central part of town, it took about 10 min to get to sun li tang village
