It was disappointing I didn't get the same kind of r - The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and especially the rooms is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
