Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room. The quality of food, particularly the dessert, snacks and fuits at the executiv... what people say » e lounge were good except some hot dishes were not hot enough! Service was good. What impressed us was that free wi-fi was inside the hotel, the loung - I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.

  We liked the location of the hotel as it is near to amenities, such as a supermarket, McDonald's just right outside and a train station which is a 5 minute walk away. - I really love this hotel. Value for money, got free breakfast and near shopping mall.
