  Amazing hotel, excellent service. It was my birthday during this time and I had not told any of the staff but they must of deduced this from my ID and so they sent me a cake. This was a nice touch to an excellent hotel. Located in the hart of Shanghai, from the airport or trainstation easy to reach by taxi. The empoyees and staff were very friendly and their english is good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, so great, it is almost impossible to wish more or better.

For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The view was not so great, but the room was quiet (except for some no... what people say » ises in the morning). We could leave the luggage at the reception the next day until the evening when we had our flight. We definitely recommend it! - The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly. The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

Room is nothing flash but more than adequate for the price. was facing the street so a bit of street noise but you should expect that at this level of accommodation. Good breakfast selection.   Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It was disappointing I didn't get the same kind of r - The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and especially the rooms is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
