  Good location, there is Wushan night market just right at the bottom of the apartment. There are bus stops just one street away which is easily access to many tourist spots (Pls take note that most of the tourist spots in Hangzhou is not accessible via metro but bus). They can provide you only few additoonal information regarding how to rent bicycles, going to local traditional restaurants, activities and so on only because of their poor English. If you can speak/understand a little Chinese they can give you good advice. The young girls at the front desk were friendly also, although they did not speak English and our communication with them was a struggle when Jeremy was not there. The hotel is located near a picturesque street with lots of stalls that sell mementoes, clothes, food, etc. It is 20 minutes walk from the lake.
