The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. It was about 50 metres to a large modern shopping centre, Takoo Hui Shopping Mall. Which had a wonderful food court, super market, etc.
The Hotel served a top breakfast. Excellent rooms, and helpful staff. Would stay there on my next visit, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good. -

Very cool hotel! Great design, very comfortable, lovely staff, good restaurants, very good spa and facilities (gym and swimming pool). Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

The location is excellent for business travel as it is smack in the middle of Guangzhou. Travelling to and from Canton Fair is easy as they have a shuttle service. The also have registration for the fair at the hotel. the rooms are well maintained and room service is good. Internet is free but a little slow. -

Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate.
