I'm highly recomment this hotel for regular traveller,very good location,subway around the corner,24 hrs,"FamilyMart" next door so you can buy some food for late dinner,very helpfull stuff, nobody knows English at the streets,so if you are lost-you are lost ,only way to find place of your interest ,like art gallery is to ask front desk personal to find at web and write down in Chinese on paper so you can show to people on the street and find your place of interest and personal was everytime rea.
all reviews » location is the best thing i like. It was located in the prime area but still have the residential sense. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and the room is so nice. I like every thing ,by exident I overpaid and they returned my money back to my account ,without any problem. One thing that i think it should be improved to complete the perfect service is to add more choices of breakfast. Now there are no options. The view from the window could've been better. No-one spoke English,payed for room plus door key deposit of 200 rmb So payed in full For the 5 days They tried to charge again upon departure, did not refund the key deposit ,as they couldn't understand what I was telling them. You have to jump between 3 lifts with some walking distance in corridors to reach 10th floor! Yes ten :)). need to leave the clothes in the case all the time because the rooms they do not have A place to keep the clothes.. when you shower, all becomes wet bath because no door. the staff has very poor eglish. Bathroom. The elevator system is complex, so in rushhour it's a bit troublesome to get to one's floor. The reception staff might need to get a better knowledge of English. During my stay they informed me the deposit should be 600 RMB, so I calculated that the room fee+deposit would be about 1200 RMB. For some reason they took 1200 RMB as deposit and additionally withdrew the room fee from my bank card without giving me a notice, although I meant to pay in cash. none english speaking staff. size of the room( vry small), no window in the room Staff not helpful, nobody speak english the breakfast all chaines food the acc not working good I spent only one night scince my reservation 10 I never recommend it to anybody. 1-taxi cant stop front of the door and you have to take your loggage by yourself 2 - staff in reception cant spesk english 3- breakfast is poor and in the plastic dishes and glass. 4- the room had no window and I couldnt discribe to reception that I booked a room with window 5-n despite I booked the hotel with credit card but I selected the item to pay cash but they drew from my credit card all together it was not like a 4 stars hotel and it may be a hotel appartment with hotel price. THEY DO NOT AGREE THE PRICE WE BOOKED FROM letsbookhotel.com AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY WHEN WE ARRIVE HOTEL. WE CAN NOT HAVE THE ROOM BOOKING .COM CONFIRMED IF WE DO NOT AGREE THE HIGHT PRICE FROM THEM. WHAT CAN WE DO? WE HAVE TO PAY THEN STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
