Everything about this hotel is fantastic most especially the staffs. Please extend my sincere gratitude to all the staff of this hotel. I think we Europeans have a lot to learn from the Chinese when it comes to courtesy. I' Glad i chose this hotel, i will surely be back. Everything. Clean, great value for money, staff was excellent and among the best ever seen around PRC for their English and kindness.
all reviews » very confortable, though the air-condition sopped for a while, but was fixed straight away. The staffs are friendly and helpful. When I fell sick during my stay there, the staffs when out all the way to purchase some medicine from the pharmacy after asking what illness I am suffering from and even suggest bring the doctor to my room. Great effort! I'll definitely stay there again because it makes you feel comfortable just like home.located across from a great park. The hotel is modern and updated. I have used your site 4 times to stay at the day sun park Hotel, it is avery nice hotel. the bread at breakfast. clear, personal, not far from Pazhou complex,. It was convenient to the Tianhe Park. no swimming pool and sawna. Internet connection might be faster. hotel is near the pazhou fair and not far from center. clean. modern hotel - a bit far out of the center but nice comfortable stay and easy transport links mad it all good. The hotel location is in Tian He area but not so central, not a big minus anyway.Not enough transportation timing to the exhibition places. Even coming back has only 1 timing which once you missed it, we got to challenge thousands of people for taxis which is a nightmare!. not close to the airport. Just one thing. The price quoted in us dollars is not correct! They willcharge you a converstion rate to pay in dollars. For example, I booked 2rooms, an the total was $100. but when I went to pay they charged meaddtional $10.00 saying that was a conversion exchange. Even though itclearly stated the price in U.S. dollars and I was paying in U.S.dollars. The total indicated price, should be. lack of taxi. baffling complexity of the contact with the hotel personal in English. The buffet dinner selection.price and food. Doorman did not move to help with bags, not did he bother to open the door. Room was old and worn-peeling paint, dirty tub, old carpet, small, breakfat not very appetizing. Not a 4.5 star hotel, more like 1.5-2. Location. internet was very slow, the staff took 10 minutes to change 100HKD after checking them 10 times!! i was told i would have to pay if i wanted extra sugar in my room!! and the hotel was not very easy to find.No facilities ever and no wi fi connection in the rooms what kind ofhotels is that and there is no train station near it.
