The staff were excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself very clean. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good, many options. Location was very good. Close to all main places like Dongcheng district and Sanlitun. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice and put to great use after walking the whole day in Beijing. -

The hotel has a nice warm feel to it. we had a standard king size room that was very clean, confortable and had a nice size bathroom with a bath and shower. Overall, this hotel will be my choice for my next time in Beijing. Very satisfied.
