Perfect location, nicely decorated and comfortable modern apartment. Safe location for women traveling alone and who prefer cook their meals themselves. Staff is helpful, but speaks only chinese (we have met only one young women speaking some English). The building is easy to find, but then you must ask in the lobby for the apartments. Print and show your booking confirmation in Chinese characters!!! And don't loose the deposit receipt!.
all reviews » The apartment and the building are beautiful , new and well designed. The room is huge open space studio with a grate view from the big window. Its 2 minutes walking from 2 metro lines (5 & 6). Located not far from the Heaven temple and shopping street Wangfujing. There is a big supper market near by (next to the metro station). In the apartment building there are ATM and bank (change money). Beautiful apartment with a good location in Beijing, close to famous tourist place. This hotel/apartment is a perfect choice if you stay for few days in Beijing and you want enjoying the time as a people living there. Service from Manager was exemplary. He helped us in so many ways- always with a smile at any time. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Apartment was fresh and modern, serviced everyday and very close to subway entrance. Nice place close to subway. Friendly staff helpful wth luggage storege etc. nice one room appartment excellent for Family with up to two kids. The smaller bed is big enough for two smaller kids. Space to move around,clean, helpful staff, availability to transit on the corner ( to the best subway system I've ever been on), safe and secure. Very close to tube station . Good size apartment . Beautiful bathroom, but slightly damaged (glass door of the shower replaced by a dirty curtain). Beds are a bit hard, but that's China. Kitchen is equipped for Chinese cooking, maybe you'd better bring a knife and a fork with you. But there was a huge fridge!!. It was lack of equipment in the kitchen, you should ask the stuff for things. Stuff's knowledge of English is quite low, but they are very friendly and try to help The deposit is high, but you can give it in dollars as well – 100usd They charged us for 2 broken glasses 40RMB The washing machine washes only and do not dry , although it's suppose to…. So be careful to remain with wet clothing before leaving. The reception is quite difficult to find (9th floor) and only one person speaks a good English (but very helpful). provision of utensils,glassware etc in kitchen could have been more complete. The kitchen in the appartment was not well-equipped at all. Dont expect to cook on your own. That I was not informed of needed deposits, this one was 500.00 Y......heads up, let future travelers know. The cooking facilities is not very good if you want to cook by yourself . The staff can't speak english. Nobody speaks a single word of english. Be prepared with google translator to speak. Dirty apartment. Many insects. every day we had to kill at least one insect. Food in microwave oven and in freezer. Dirty forniture inside. Making up the room means just cover the bed. 600 rmb deposit! too expensive quality/price. Being charged for towel after having to use it to clean dirty pans that I couldn't use to cook with. As I have allergy I was planning to eat in apartment this was not possible because of this. Towels are not washed correctly anyway only by hand then fan dried. Bed sheets were also dirty.
