very good hotel. Main business was conferences and they were between events when we stayed so we were one of the few guests for two nights while seeing the pandas then arranging onward travel. -
Everything was new and fresh. All electrics and plumbing worked.
Staff courteous and helpful.

Although the reception staff did not speak English ,one of the lobby staff used his mobile translator to get me checked in and arrange the airport transfer next day. Room was clean, comfortable, internet connection was good and it was quiet. For a stopover, near the airport (just 5 mins transfer to T1) it was good vfm.

The hotel was well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful especially as my wife left on a flight the previous day to mine and they took us both to the airport so I could see her off and brought me back to the hotel afterwards, which was really good and makes a big difference. The room was very comfortable and clean and was close to the airport

The hotel was very close to the airport. Free airport pick-up and drop off, if you can manage to contact the hotel upon arrival. They do not speak a word of English, so I am lucky I could get by with some Mandarin to ask some people for help.
