Quiet, small, comfortable place--great staff-they became our friends
quickly. They were so helpful and they went out of their way to make us
feel at home. They did not speak a lot of English, but we get by quite
well in Spanish. Great views of the mountains.

It is a very friendly hotel, with great location to the Tores The Piene. Great view and very good value for the price.
The staff is friendly and they cook well. In the hotel there is a familiar atmosfer that make you feel at home.
The difference of them is the treatment give to the clients. Is very kind and friendly.

The view from the room was great.
Can't think of anything.
No power for half of the day. In case it is raining and you want/have to spend the day at the hotel it could become a problem.
It was november and during the night the room was without heating: it was cold.
The electric powwer isn't continuos. So the clients can't count with the internet communication between 10 am and 7:30 pm and after 12:00 pm to 06:00 am.

Your website has a superior room at a premium price of over us$200.
Despite asking for a double bed we were given two singles and then got a
really bad attitude. Fix your website. This place is seriously expensive
for what you get in accommodation.
If you have a rental car it really is not necessary to sleep in or near torres del paine. The money they ask is very overpriced including the prices for the food. We found it, knowing now, better to sleep at puerto natales and drive to the park what we did the days before.
Furthermore this hosteria in particular was not that clean. We had for example some insects in the bathroom, but the worst thing was that they served us bread with funghi on it for breakfast.
