Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

Although we have arrived early morning the room was ready for us. The hostes was very kind and offered a nice brackfast although we weren'tventitle for it.
The location is very good and it just near to the finish point of the "Santego free tour "

The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay there again. -

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. Hotel Vegas is an old hotel in a very convenient location. WIFI was much better than in some of the more modern places I stayed in Chile. Breakfast is OK, staff is very friendly, I would stay here again. -

This is a perfect location - right above the metro -- if you get lost just tell the cab driver 'take me to the Manuel Montt metro station'. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new. A great place to stay in Santiago.
