  The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel.   Hotel Vegas is an old hotel in a very convenient location. WIFI was much better than in some of the more modern places I stayed in Chile. Breakfast is OK, staff is very friendly, I would stay here again. - Very friendly and helpful staff, charming atmosphere, comfy, free cable TV and wifi. Free breakfast is not amazing, but serves its purpose :)

  They have a great staff. The location is good and everything that I wanted to do was within walking distance. I'm an above the knee amputee so this was important to me. - Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient location, close to restaurants and within easy walking of centre of city.   The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day.   Very friendly staff, good location to downtown and a good breakfast. Will stay there again next time I go to Santiago. - We need a one night sleep in Santiago between two flight - price was good. But we spent $70+ on taxi to/from airport, which made the choice senseless. If you want to stay in Santiago it can be an ok choice
