  Ms. Lorena Silva is absolutely amazing: she will always make sure everything is perfect, which in turn greatly contributes to having a perfect trip! Even the concierges were great; they got us a great deal when we had to go to the airport, and that saved us around U$8! The neighboorhood is lively, full of bars, restaurants - The location in Bellavista put me in walking distance of many of Santiago's most historic and interesting places. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and clubs and people on the go. It's also home to a varied set of art galleries, yoga studios. The apartment is very close to the subway and it was easy to get around in Santiago. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff was very attentive to details, providing me information on all my destinations. The whole experience was much better

The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.
