the front desk service and the room. the toialet products was in a L'occitanne pack but inside the procuct wasnt L'occitane the tour indicated by the hotel to Concha y Toro was a wast of time and money. The tourist guide was rude, the rour took like 30 minutes, everuthing quick. The intention is just make easy money.
