Good situation in Las Condes

Swimming pool: much too small Free parking but no self-parking. You must leave your keys to the valet even for 10 minutes.

I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Excelent crew always prepared to help you (specially the muchachos Cláudio e Daniel), good rooms (they provided us one with Andes view), reasonable breakfest and perfect location (Costanera Mall is very close of the hotel and the Tobalada metro station is only 5 minutes of walk). Next time I visit Santiago, for sure i'll stay again at Radisson.

The only thing that could be better is to increase the food varieties of breakfest.

Great helpful staff, we have stayed here before and the service has always been excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Small bathrooms, not a good value for the room price. Very confusing to have breakfast included in the bill yet get a bill for 9000 pesos per person.

Could not believe how quiet the Bar area was when I stayed no social feel from the hotel. Price of Evian water in the room ( How can you justify this price?) Santiago is a beautiful area with great sunshine and I though you would have had a sun bathing area maybe conver the Helipad :-)

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Most were very friendly, said hello and did everything they could to help. Concierge were very helpful and assisted us with all manner of things. The room and bathroom was a great size. The complimentary pisco sour was a nice touch. Great breakfast buffet, very fresh, plenty of choice.

There was a problem with our checkout with a few things charged to our room that weren't ours. This delayed our departure and wasn't the standard of service we had received all week. On some mornings the breakfast room was chaotic and disorganised - occasionally had to sit on a table with a dirty table cloth which again wasn't up to the standard of service we were paying for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was especially knowledgeable and courteous. He made suggestions that improved the quality of our vacation.

Some of the room plumbing, sink faucets and toilets, for example, weren't the best. Everything worked, however.

Everything. I cannot believe the fantastic hospitality of this hotel. Best we have had anywhere in South America and Europe! Breakfast was wonderful and staff could not be faulted at any level. Would not stay anywhere else in Santiago de Chile. Hated to leave.

I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience. They would strongly recommend The hotel to others. Comments were from Ms. Greta Russell group coordinator.

Everything! Excellent and friendly staff from the manager on down. They go out of their war to help in anything you might need. The hotel Is clean and modern.

Situation, good for business. Rooms small but ok, poor amenities and no sleepers.

Employees not helpfull at all, had to change the room. Breakfast ok on weekend and terrible on week days. Service awful everyday except the girl at entrance. All tablecloth are stained ! Generally terrible service all the time, its a pity. Its seems they know as we were numerous to complain about this.
