Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

Hard to get answers through e-mail. Nice and friendly staff - but you should preferably speak Spanish.

Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful

Water leak from the sink tap, toaster didn't work and wasn't replaced even after notifying the people in charge. Front door of our apartment did not look very secure with a lock missing and signs of previous tampering.

we liked the position our apartment overlooked the traffic and the Andes and it is was a brilliant experience to watch Providencia in action

Extremely helpful staff. Excellent location. Had to select a studio as that was all that was available when I booked, but when we found the studio was too small for a 10 day visit we were quickly moved to a one bedroom suite and were not charged the difference. Would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

Translation was a challenge at times.

The staff were obliging once we found someone who spoke English. They were helpful at all times.

There was a break down in communication somewhere as they weren't ready for us on arrival but they did a great job of reorganising at short notice and made us feel very welcome.

Great location

First day the receptionist moved us to a different building in front of a construction area, it was really noise so we requested a location change and came back to the original building

The pool is good

The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. Not even close. Bad representation online. Hair everywhere. Not clean. Run down cheap apartment. It's maybe worth 60 usd a night max
