Great location and great facilities in the room. Looked exactly as the pictures show. Spacious and very comfortable. Great value for money. I was there for 6 nights and not once did someone come to replace the towels, take the garbage (or if I knew where to place it, I would of done it myself) or replenish toilet paper. I paid for parking and entering the gate and exiting was very difficult as you had to ask reception and each time explain who you are and where you are staying. Sometimes they were very rude as well.

The hotelier will send an e-mail to all guests with the instructions. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.
