The svc of front desk was very good . Breakfast was included - not common in aparthotels. It was decent... Didn't have converter for traveller . Too expensive - poor maintenance of aparthotel rooms & corridors. Reception personnel not very instructed, my country of origin was noted "Swaziland" instead of Switzerland, and my city "Ganobra" instead of Geneva.
