  We didn't meet the owner, but the manager was very pleasant and punctual in responding to emails. The building was secure; the location was great. There is a digital system for entering the apartment, so no wait time trying to meet up with owners to receive the key like we've had with other apartments. Off-street parking was also a plus. It was about 15 minutes walk from the subway, and pretty close to nice restaurants. It is easy to gets taxi from the street towards Providencia City center. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you travell alone or as a couple. I love it!
