  Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Nice touch to have complimentary drink. Secure underground car park for hire car (prebook required) was a relief in a busy city. Good wi-fi speed compared to all our other Chile hotels and also available in-room. - Great staff greeted us right away.

  The Seminario Hotel was great! The guys were always kindly and helpful with us, giving us very good advices on where to go and how. They also organized a tour, including very nice places (Osorno volcano, Petrohue, Frutillar, Puerto Varas, etc) which was perfect!! We also had very comfortable bikes they prepared for us!   Great location! In the city but feels like country.Very Close to water, shopping, and transportation. I stayed 25 nights. Kitchen serves an excellent fixed price dinner except Sundays. They fill up fast, so I suggest reservations. Best value and location in P. Montt. - Staff waited up until half past ten because ferry had big delay.
