  Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Nice touch to have complimentary drink. Secure underground car park for hire car (prebook required) was a relief in a busy city. Good wi-fi speed compared to all our other Chile hotels and also available in-room. - Great staff greeted us right away.

The breakfast was the best of their month-long trip, the decor of the hotel was outstanding, as were all the ameneties.
