  The staff are very friendly, especially Jarrko at the front desk. They are very personable. The establishment is more like a bed and bath with a nice lobby area and breakfast dining next to each other. Less than 5 mins walk to the airport. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Jarkko arranged my tours, taxis, airport pickup, gave me ideas about cost, recommended restaurants, told me about the customs & culture, etc. etc.. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.

  The location has to be the best in all of Hanga Roa. The cabin we rented is facing the ocean, and the Tahai Complex can be seen from the veranda. I would not hesitate to stay there again. - very home-y and comfortable. friendly staff. good value. great location near the beach, just a few blocks away from town.

  Great quiet location overlooking the sea, muy tranquilo, the hosts, Marcela and Jose were very helpful and generous, we were picked up from the airport and were given flower leis and then were dropped back at the end of our stay.   The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help you if you needed something. It is only 20 minutes walk to town but for some it might be better to hire a car or quad bike as the walk home is almost completely uphill. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was always good with fresh juice, fruit and bread. ... what people say » They even provide it as a picnic if you want to head out early to catch the moai at sunrise. - The hotel is simple but confortable, it is located around 15 minutes by foot from the Hanga Roa center, but this is not a problem. The owners are fantastic and gave all brightness for the place: they are kind, generous, give you all hints do you need to get the best of the island. Breakfast is customized and its delivered in front of your bedroom. Simple and delicious! Definitely we'll comeback there!
