  The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is great for walking to various parts of the city.   The room was great. I had a terrible room and called the front desk and they immediately switched me. The bed was great and the room was spacious. The staff were top-notch. The food in the restaurant was mostly excellent. I had the filet mignon both nights and the second time was exquisite. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I was most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel like we had truly come to the right place!   I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block... what people say » .   The professionnalism of the staff at the front counter. When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the ... what people say » taxi fair). The fact that the employee at the front counter remembered me the next morning. - The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see. The lounge was certainly friendly and the food was very good. The staff in the restaruant were very helpful.
