Location was great, room was nice, pool was great, clean - and not over crowed. Walking distance to the lake was wonderful, and being away from the village made for a nice escape. Room was equipped, quiet, and family friendly. Quiet location Not too far from town Close to swimming lake Friendly staff Well equiped room. We had a good time in Whistler. Our patio was right above the main entrance, so it was too small for 2 people to sit at comfortably. Hot water ran out twice! Checking in at a second location was a bit of a drag as we weren't instructed to do so until we had already arrived at the Lodge - we were travelling with an infant, so it just made getting in and settled more hectic than it needed to be.

Front Desk Hours: Sunday to Thursday- 09:00 to 17:00, Friday and Saturday- 09:00 to 20:00. After Hours Check-in: at 4220 Gateway Dr. (Blackcomb Lodge). Please be advised that the pool will be closed on the following dates for maintenance and cleaning: 10 October - 22 November 2017. The hot tub will remain open. Please Note: Guests must be a minimum age of 25 years in order to make a reservation and guests over 25 years must be present at check-in and occupy the unit for the entire duration of the stay. The majority of guests in any given party must be a minimum of 25 years old. Clients will be asked to provide identification when checking in to ensure that they meet the age requirement. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
